The Kaslo and Area Chamber of Commerce and the Kootenay Lake Historical Society are seeking an Administrative Manager to champion each organizations existing and emerging needs of our memberships through a process of Community innovation and advocacy.


DETAILS:

The Kaslo and Area Chamber of Commerce and the Kootenay Lake Historical Society (Not-for-Profit) Organizations are looking for the services of a proactive Administrative Manager to work in their Organizations in Kaslo.


Your administrative and marketing background in a busy environment will be an asset.  Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, communication and writing skill, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role.


With a breakdown of 35% Grant writing knowledge and 25% Website maintenance, 25% Social Media experience, you will utilise your strong project management and organisational skills.


Liaison with Board and memberships, general office administration & marketing to increase awareness and promote Tourism and Visitors to Kaslo and Area and Heritage promotion of the SS Moyie National Historic Site will keep you challenged and busy.


If you are a proactive person with a strong tourism service focus, take pride and ownership in your contribution, have excellent attention to detail and Community driven this could be your next position.
