Booths cannot be confirmed without pre-payment and approval.
Returning vendors wishing the same spot again please do not wait till the last minute. Booths will be allocated by April 5th. If you are after that date for applying you will most likely NOT get your 1st request, or the same site as last year, but we always do our best to accommodate our vendors!
We want you all to be happy, so please, register early.
NEW VENDORS PLEASE NOTE: – PHOTOS OF YOUR PRODUCTS, BOOTH, AND FULL LIST OF ITEMS YOU PLAN ON SELLING, MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR APPLICATION OR IT WILL BE RETURNED. Please send digital photos only as actual photos can not be returned.
Application forms may be mailed as well, but please ensure that you provide email notification that your application form has been submitted. No booths will be assigned until both payment and applications have been received by the May Days co-ordinator. Our mailing address is listed on the application form.
All cheques must be made out to: Kaslo and District Chamber of Commerce. Post dated or incorrect payee cheques will NOT be accepted.
Maximum Registration for FOOD Vendors has currently been reached for 2019.
