The Kaslo and Area Chamber of Commerce

The Kaslo and Area Chamber of Commerce proudly represents the interests and well-being of the business communities throughout the area. 

So… What do we mean by ‘and Area’?  While the Village of Kaslo is the most highly populated, our North Kootenay Lake “Area” includes: Ainsworth Hot Springs, Argenta, Cooper Creek, Fletcher Creek/Twin Bays, Johnsons Landing, Kaslo, Lardeau, Lardeau Valley, Meadow Creek, Mirror Lake, Pineridge, Schroeder Creek, Shutty Bench and Woodbury … and everything in between!

Our Chamber is committed to supporting and promoting the well-being of our area’s business community; encouraging partnership and collaboration among businesses; providing opportunities for networking, community involvement, professional growth; and advocating for members at the provincial level to ensure that concerns are heard.

Throughout the year, the Chamber sponsors and/or supports a number of events which have become important traditions, including May Days, and Light Up! 2022 brought a full return of events following their COVID variations from 2020 and 2021 including the Light Up 2022! Parade and the countdown to May Day 2023 is on!  Our parades truly are a celebration of the good lifestyle we enjoy here in the Kootenays!
