Logger Sports 2025 – May 17 & 18

Logger Sports has become one of the main events at the annual Kaslo May Days Celebration. Competitors from across Canada and the United States compete for big prize money and the opportunity to show off their logging skills.

The venue is the shore of beautiful Kootenay Lake with its gorgeous backdrop of the Purcell Mountain Range. Our grounds are steadily being improved with beautiful amphitheater style seating and a new log rolling pond.

Every year on the Victoria Day long weekend spectators are thrilled by Canadian Championship events such as Tree Climbing, Log Rolling, Axe Throwing and Springboard Chopping to name a few.
